TCU Football Celebrates
70th Anniversary of
1938 National Championship

2008 marks the 70th Anniversary of TCU’s national championship season. Led by Heisman Trophy quarterback Davey O’Brien, the Horned Frogs went undefeated during the regular season and went on to win the Sugar Bowl, earning them the No. 1 spot in the Associated Press poll.
