With a winning tradition spanning 112 years, TCU football is one of the oldest and most distinguished programs in all of intercollegiate athletics. Horned Frog teams have produced some of the game’s most famous players, including Davey O’Brien, Sammy Baugh, Bob Lilly and LaDainian Tomlinson. In 2005, the Frogs’ proud heritage and statistical achievements were honored as TCU was ranked 39th by Street & Smith’s in its listing of the 50 Greatest College Football Programs of All Time.
